The Lady Cardinals Volleyball season started with a 3-0 record in their conference.
Coach Amy VanHouden said their offense has been sparked by returning setters sophomores Mariah Aldrich and Paris Gilbert; middle-hitter junior Courtney Grimes; and outside hitters sophmore Kayla Prudome and seniors Destiny Nelson and Taylor Loveland.
Their defensive specialists have kept other teams in check as well. They include sophomores Tori Vaughan and Kylie Purdome, and senior Bri Guerin.
Coach VanHouden said, “I am super proud of this group of girls. They work hard and fight hard until the very end.”
