UPDATE: Our mobile classrooms have all been sold and will soon be moved to make room for our new building project.
The Chadwick R-I School District is currently selling three mobile classroom trailers. The units are located at 7090 State Hwy 125 South, Chadwick, MO 65629.
Units 1 and 2: Identical units 24′ x 50′ 1998 Fuqua with 2 classrooms and 1 closet.
Unit 3: 28′ x 76′ 2006 Wilkins with kitchen, 2 classrooms, 2 restrooms ( 1 regular, 1 for early childhood), 2 closets, and entry.
These sales are with the understanding that the condition of the units are “as is” and the Chadwick School District assumes no responsibility for moving or repairs to the stated property. The moving deadline for the units will be based on the timeline and progression of new construction planned for the current location of units.
