On Friday, September 14, 2012, The Chadwick Jr. High girls and boys basketball teams faced off against New Covenant Academy.
The action began with the tip off of the girls’ game. It was close throughout the entire game. Up until the final seconds, it looked to be anybody’s game. Although they battled hard, they fell to NCA 38-41.
After the girls’ game, it was the boys turn to take on the Warriors. At first, the game looked like it was going to be a blow out, but after half time the boys came out and cut the lead considerably. However, it wasn’t enough to come up with a win. The final score was 40-45.
