On August 27, the senior class gathered at the baseball field to watch the sunrise together.
Senior Chloe Burkhart got the idea from an internet trend where senior classes watch the sunrise on the first day of their senior year. The sunrise symbolizes the transition the seniors will soon make after high school.
The senior class ate breakfast and listened to music while reminiscing about their years growing up together at Chadwick.
“It was a great morning because it was the first time all the seniors were together since we left for summer break,” senior Hailey Beck said.
The class plans to meet again at the end of the school year to watch the sunrise one final time together.
