There are a couple of new teachers at Chadwick this year, as well as a few who are teaching different classes.
Mrs. Jennifer Emerson will be teaching 7-12 science. She has two children and is currently working toward a degree in Chemistry.
Mr. Blake Davenport will be teaching 7th and 8th grade math and physical education and 10th grade health. He graduated from UMSL with a master’s in philosophy. In his spare time, he enjoys frisbee, fantasy football, and rock climbing. He will also be sponsoring the chess club and coaching the middle school academic team.
Mrs. Tonya Rains served for several years as a special education teacher, but she will now be team teaching 3rd and 4th grade.
Mrs. Charity Bentley is also moving to a new position as the head of the Title One program.
