FFA Teams Prepare for Districts

Contest season is just around the corner and the Chadwick FFA has been working hard to prepare  to compete with schools all across the state.

Career Development Events (CDE) and Leadership Development Events (LDE) are key components of Agriculture education. This year’s CDE and LDE teams include horse evaluation, dairy cattle evaluation, livestock evaluation, soils, forestry, and public speaking.

All teams and speakers will attend the contests below and compete for plaques, scholarships, and bragging rights through the month of March. Then in April, they will compete at District competitions with the goal of qualifying to compete at State.

Our teams show a lot of potential, so if you see any of the members, be sure to encourage them to continue to work hard and wish them good luck.
